RETURN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

FOR PRODUCTS ONLY.

Do to the nature of some of our topical skincare/contacts and lash products being medical grade, we cannot offer full refunds, we can only do exchanges, these have to be done with a 5 day notice upon purchase and must be unopened.

  Five days is a great time frame to adjust to any issues that may arise in products.

We can only issue store credits for products or other services.

Mailing fees are non refundable.
